For non-local currency payments:
0% fee until December 31, 2026 if your group was created after July 15, 2025. From January 1, 2027, a 2% fee applies.
2% fee if your group was created before July 15, 2025 (tip: make a new Cino card to get 0% until December 31, 2026!!)
How it works for non-local currency:
We use the wholesale fixed daily rate from VISA® or Mastercard (depending on your Cino card).
The rate stays the same all day.
To check the exact rate, you can use the Mastercard currency exchange; just make sure you select the right date and account for time zones (they update their rate daily at 12 PM Central Standard Time (CST)).
💡 Heads up:
Exchange rates can change between the time you pay and when the merchant processes your payment.
If your connected card has a different currency than your Cino account, your bank/card issuer might charge extra fees—check with them to be sure.
