You can change these details directly in the Cino app under “Account”--> “Personal details”:
- email address
- phone number
- connected card
Note that you’ll be asked to re-verify them.
Remember that you cannot change via the Cino app:
- your name
- country of residence
If you have moved abroad, changed your country of residence or changed your legal name please let us know immediately by emailing us at support@getcino.com.
