Terms and Conditions
1. General
This campaign ("Campaign") is promoted by Cino, an application that allows users to split bills through a virtual card. By participating in this Campaign, users agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms").
The Campaign runs from 1 October 2026 to 10 November 2026 Central European Time (Berlin).
2. Who can take part (the Inviter)
You can take part if you are an active Cino user who has completed at least one Cino payment, and you are a member of a Partner group. Users whose accounts are closed or suspended cannot take part.
3. How to enter the Campaign
Share your personal referral link from the Cino app. Tap Account > then Tap "♡ Share Cino with friends".
You receive one entry for each Qualifying Couple you invite, up to a maximum of 10 entries per person. If both partners share invites, each of you can earn up to 10 entries. The more couples you invite who qualify, the more entries you have and the greater your chance of winning.

Invitations shared in any other way, including app store links or older Cino links without your referral code, do not count.
If you don't see 'Share Cino with friends' under Account, or your message doesn't start with 'Join Cino with this link', update Cino, then close it fully and reopen it and you will find '♡ Share Cino with friends' under Account and you share it from there.
4. Qualifying criteria for the invitees
An invited couple qualifies when all of the following are met:
a. One partner signs up for Cino through your referral link between 1 and 10 October 2026 Central European Time (Berlin), by opening the link before signing up;
b. The other partner creates a new Cino account on or after 1 October 2026, after the sign-up under (a);
c. The two of them are in the same Partner group; and
d. Within 30 days of the sign-up under (a), they complete:
- 3 qualifying payments in store, in that Partner group, split between both partners,
- The minimum of each payment is €10 (£10 in the UK),
- Either partner's Cino card may be used.
5. The draw
All entries are drawn at random on 10 November 2026, and one entry is drawn. Each entry names two couples: the Inviter's couple and the Qualifying Couple on that entry. Only those two couples win, and other couples invited by the winner do not receive a prize. A couple with more entries has a greater chance of being drawn.
6. The prize
Each winning couple receives their October 2026 spending back as Cino credit: payments made with their Partner group's Cino cards; less refunds, chargebacks and excluding Cino fees, up to a maximum of €1,000 per couple (£1,000 for UK residents). Credit is granted to each partner separately, in proportion to their share of those payments, and in their own currency. Cino credit is applied automatically to each partner's share of their future Cino payments, including Cino fees, until it is used up. It cannot be paid out in cash or transferred to another person.
A prize can only be awarded where Cino can identify the winning couple and their shared spending from its records.
If you and your partner have different currencies for your Cino cards then each of you get their share in their own currency.
7. Notification and payment
Winners are contacted in November 2026 and the credit is granted in mid to late November 2026, once October payments and refunds have settled. Winners may be named publicly by Cino only with their prior written consent.
8. Refunds, reversals and adjustments
Payments that are refunded, reversed, cancelled or charged back do not count towards the 3 qualifying payments and are not included in the October spending used to calculate a prize. Cino calculates prizes after October payments have settled and may delay the calculation or the payment of a prize for this reason. If a refund, reversal, chargeback or correction comes to light after a prize has been calculated or granted, Cino may recalculate the prize and reduce, withhold or recover the value of the difference, including by reducing any Cino credit that has not yet been used, or by offsetting it against future payments.
9. Exclusions
Cino employees and their partners cannot take part. Entries do not count where accounts are duplicated, fraudulent or created to manipulate the Campaign, where the Inviter invites themselves or their own partner, or where an account is blocked or closed before the draw. Cino may withdraw a prize if these terms are broken.

10. Modification and termination
Cino reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Campaign or these terms at any time.
11. Liability
Cino is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from participation in this Campaign.
12. Personal data
Cino processes personal data for this Campaign in line with its Privacy Policy.
13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent
court in Tallinn.
