Cino offers monthly spending limits for each group. If you have exceeded the limit in that group then any new transaction for this group will be declined.
To check what your limit is, in the app, go to the “Groups” tab and tap the group you want to check the limit for, select “Monthly limit” and you can check your monthly limit.
We review and update your spending limits on an ongoing basis. If you need your monthly limit to be increased, reach out to us on email@example.com. We will review requests case by case.
